A longtime resident of Southern Maryland, Theresa sells residential properties in Charles, Prince George’s, St. Mary’s, and Calvert Counties and the surrounding areas. Theresa is a member in good standing of the Southern Maryland Association of REALTORS (SMAR), Maryland Association of REALTORS (MAR), and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) in addition to Maryland’s Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

She feels that being a REALTOR is about more than joining professional associations; she believes REALTORS should be involved in the communities where they work. She has served her community in many capacities, from Friends of Hospice to Volunteering at her Children’s School.

Having lived in many parts of New York, including Long Island, Manhattan, and Upstate New York, she has a strong ability to relate to and communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and understands the need and concerns of clients who are relocating.
