Theresa Shoptaw came to our home to chat with my husband and I, as it related to the sale of our home at 11907 Homestead Pl. We had already decided to go with our prior agent (of 15 years) due to formalarity. Ms. Shoptow gave us great advice on fixing our home, to get the most for our home. At the end of our visit as she walked away, my husband and I said, we really like her a lot. She's very easy going and knowledge. When the prior agent couldn't sale our property after one month, we contacted Ms. Shoptaw. She stated she would help us and assured us she could land the plane (sale our home). Boy oh boy, did she come threw for us. Within 4 days we had a sale. She is some-kinda-wonderful!!! She manages on all levels, has total control of all things real property. She stated, she would be available for any/all questions.
Let me tell you, not only was she available, she had the answers and never let us down. She explain the process in such a manner thats calming. She thinks everything threw strategically. She is the go to person for us and anyone (with ears) that we know. We think Theresa was a joy to work with as well as work for when task. That right she ensure you are on solid ground. So you may have to declutter.

Theresa Shoptaw is a true professional. Doing business with her was a winning for us. I tired to get her on the new sale deal. Our paths crossed and our home was sold promptly. The new buyer had some issues as it related to the Maryland Mortgage Program, Theresa advised me to hang in there, this was a solid deal. Thank heaven I believed in her.
